I. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The subject of the following General Terms and Conditions is, on the one hand, the agency service of this agency, hereinafter referred to as the Agent, as well as the General Terms and Conditions of the respective service provider, hereinafter referred to as the Agent. We may refer to the respective service recipient as the customer.
Statutory provisions remain unaffected by this.

1. contract with the intermediary

The agent arranges contracts between the customer and the lady with services as part of an escort service. Further details are regulated in the general terms and conditions of the respective lady or in their respective individual contractual agreements. The task of the agent is to properly arrange the services requested by the customer.
The specific service to be provided by the lady is not part of the agency contract. The organization of the sexual and other services is determined exclusively between the lady and the client on their own responsibility.

2. obligations of the intermediary

The agent’s offers are non-binding. The agent will endeavor to conclude a contract between the customer and the lady for the desired services.

3. pictorial & textual presentation of the services

These descriptions are based on information and templates provided by the respective lady. The agent assumes no liability for the content of these details and templates.

4. payment, authorization to receive money

No separate fee is charged to the customer for the placement. The respective services are settled directly between the customer and the lady. If, in exceptional cases, the agent is authorized to receive the fee, he/she is authorized to receive money for this purpose.

5. place of jurisdiction

Where permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Berne.

II. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE LADIES

1. nature and scope of the services provided by the ladies

The nature and scope of the contractual services owed by the lady to the customer shall be determined between them on their own responsibility. In all other respects, the General Terms and Conditions shall apply.

2. booking – conclusion of contract

A contract between the lady and the customer is only concluded when the lady accepts the customer’s non-binding booking request.

3. fee
The respective fee relates exclusively to the time and company of the ladies and not to any additional services. Any travel expenses will be charged separately; these are to be paid in advance. The agent is authorized to receive money for this. The same applies if a deposit is requested by the lady. Otherwise, the agreed fee must be handed over to the lady in cash in an open envelope at the beginning of the meeting without being asked. Other payment options such as credit card payments are only possible if these have been agreed with the agent. The customer will be charged a 5% processing fee for this.

4. place of jurisdiction
Place of jurisdiction is, as far as permissible, Bern.
